Introduction ( prison food in america )

The department of corrections gave a contract to Aramark for their food service. Giving them the responsibility to provide food to all the correctional facilities throughout kentucky. But lots of people feel that they are not providing enough quality or quantity. But by other peoples opinions people say if you dont like the meals then stay out of prison. Me i have experienced the meals first hand, during my prison term at WKCC most meals were horrible. I mean some adys i would walk to the chow hall and see what they are serving and i would turn straight around and return to my dorm. Because in my eyes the meals were uneditable. I mean i no us as inmates our not suppose the finest foods. But atleast give us food that is atleast descent.
